admin writes, "The Doo Wops are a new group around town. They only do one concert a month, but are
available for private parties. Next concert is at La Bodega on Dec. 4, 7:30pm, titled "A
BOOMER CHRISTMAS."

It seems like only yesterday when nobody wanted to hear any music more recent than 1950!
These guys do "boomer music" and their motto is: "It's fun to feel young." When you hear
the hits you learned in school, one after another, you have to agree with them.
Participate in their dance contests (The Twist, The Stroll, The Cha Cha, etc.) and you too
might win dinner for 2 at La Bodega or a neon pink slinky!
On other Tuesdays, you can hear Boomer music by the DooWop Duo (2 of the 4) at La Bodega,
7:30pm.
